Welcome to Tote. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, our Tote app, and all services we provide, including Tote betting, Tote casino games, and Tote live casino products. By completing Tote register and creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Who We Are

We are TDCO Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 11300287, with our registered office at 6th Floor, 6 Kean Street, London WC2B 4AS. Tote is our trading name, and we have operated under the Tote name for close to a century, with roots dating back to 1928. Our website and Tote app were launched in 2020, giving customers a modern way to access Tote betting, Tote casino slots, and our full sportsbook. We are owned by UK Tote Group Ltd, a company backed by more than 150 individual investors since October 2019.

Our Licence

We are licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 54779, licence number 000-054779-R-331321-00. We also hold a remote bookmakers licence, number 1016589, issued by the National Excise Licence Office, allowing us to offer pool betting to customers in Ireland. We take our regulatory obligations seriously and expect all our customers to use our services responsibly.

Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to complete a Tote register and open an account with us. Our services are available only to residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland; if you are located in any other country, you are not permitted to use our website or Tote app. You may only hold one account with us at any time, and all information you provide during registration must be accurate and complete. Once your Tote casino login is set up, you are responsible for keeping your username and password secure and confidential.

Currencies

We operate in GBP for customers located in the UK and EUR for customers located in Ireland. All balances, bonuses, and transactions on your account will be displayed in your applicable currency.

Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit cards and Apple Pay for every Tote deposit, with a minimum deposit of 5 GBP or 5 EUR across all payment methods. Only one active payment method may be linked to your account at any time, though Apple Pay may be used alongside a debit card if it is the same underlying card. We do not charge you for opening or maintaining an account, though your card issuer may apply its own fees. We are enrolled in the Secure Code programme to help protect your transactions.

Every Tote withdrawal is processed free of charge and can only be sent to the payment method you originally deposited from. The minimum withdrawal is 10 GBP or 10 EUR, and the maximum is 20,000 GBP or 20,000 EUR per transaction, subject to any additional restrictions imposed by your bank or card provider. We send your funds at the close of business on the working day your request is made, unless we need to carry out additional security checks. We may hold withdrawal requests for approval, and if you submit multiple withdrawals via the same method on the same day, we may process these as a single transaction. Clearance times depend on your card issuer, typically 3-5 working days, or your online payment service, usually the same day.

Winning Limits

We apply a maximum win limit of 250,000 GBP or 250,000 EUR per customer in any 24-hour period from the time a bet is struck, with lower limits applying to certain markets and bet types. For our Tote casino slots and other games, the maximum win in any one day is 100,000 GBP or 100,000 EUR, excluding progressive jackpots or games where we advertise otherwise. Any substantial win, meaning a single win over 2,500 GBP or 2,500 EUR, or aggregate wins exceeding that amount within a 12-hour period, is subject to our confirmation before it is credited to your account.

Tote Betting and Pool Products

Our Tote betting products include Win, Place, Each Way, Exacta, Trifecta, Placepot, Placepot Turbo, Quadpot, Jackpot, Scoop6, World Pool, and Tote Multiples such as doubles, trebles, Lucky 15, Patent, and larger accumulators, along with Tote Fantasy and Ten to Follow. We no longer offer fixed-odds bets on horse racing, as we transitioned our bookmaking arm in favour of pool betting, supported instead by the Tote Guarantee. Under the Tote Guarantee, win bets and the win part of each-way bets on UK and Irish racing are paid at no less than the industry Starting Price, or the Tote dividend where that is greater, subject to maximum boost limits.

Our sportsbook offers fixed-odds markets across hundreds of sports worldwide, including Bet Builder, daily price boosts, and Virtuals. Every Tote bet you place through our sportsbook or pool products is subject to the specific rules published for that market at the time of your wager.

Tote Casino and Games

You can set deposit limits ranging from 25 GBP to 1,000 GBP over periods from 24 hours to 3 months, request reality checks, temporarily suspend your account, or self-exclude for periods between 6 months and 5 years, with a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period upon return.
